It is offered as a Regular Cab with a 60-inch or 84-inch cab-to-axle length (143.5-inch or 167.5-inch wheelbase) or a Crew Cab with a 60-inch CA (172.4-inch wheelbase), in Tradesman and Big Horn trims (Big Horn is 4x4 only on the 3500). The 6.4L HEMI V8 (375 hp / 429 lb-ft) is standard, the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel (360 hp / 800 lb-ft) is available, and both pair with a PTO-capable TorqueFlite HD 8-speed automatic and a standard Vehicle System Interface Module for upfitters. The 6.4L HEMI V8 and TorqueFlite HD 8-speed are standard, the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel (360 hp / 800 lb-ft) is available, and PTO capability (dual-side on the diesel), a Vehicle System Interface Module, Uconnect 5 with an 8.4-inch touchscreen, adaptive cruise control and Forward Collision Warning-Plus are offered. Big Horn adds power windows and locks, cloth seating and chrome exterior accents to the 2025 Ram 3500 Chassis Cab and is 4x4 only on this series, as a Regular Cab (60-inch or 84-inch CA) or Crew Cab (60-inch CA). The 6.4L HEMI V8 is standard and the Cummins Turbo Diesel with PTO is available. The Big Horn Level 1 Group brings a 12-inch Uconnect screen, dual-zone climate, remote start and a 7-inch cluster, Level 2 adds a cargo camera and polished aluminum wheels, and the Level 3 Laramie Package (Crew Cab 4x4) adds heated and ventilated bucket seats, LED headlamps and a 12-inch cluster.

The 6.4L HEMI V8 makes 375 hp / 429 lb-ft and the available 6.7L Cummins makes 360 hp / 800 lb-ft.
