Dodge Charger Battery Specifications
The gas-powered Charger Sixpack uses a 12V AGM battery to support the auto start-stop system and the performance electronics. The Daytona EV variants have both a 12V AGM (for accessories and startup) plus a high-voltage lithium-ion drive battery covered by Stellantis's EV warranty.

Every battery service at Mahon CDJR starts with a free Mopar battery test that measures voltage, cold cranking amps, and internal resistance. If replacement is needed we use the OEM-spec Mopar battery matched to your Dodge Charger — including AGM batteries for vehicles with auto start-stop or eTorque. We also test your alternator and starter while we're at it.
Note on Pricing: Battery price depends on group size, CCA rating, and whether your Dodge Charger requires an AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) battery for start-stop or eTorque systems.
